Hey- this is Gail and Eddie Shifflett from North Carolina. Just a quick note to say, “Hey.” Megan and Adam are all settled in down here in Charlotte. Adam is still looking for work. Brianna starts band camp on Wed, July 11, and school in mid-August.
We are so busy with our ministry that we don’t have much time to see them, but it is comforting just knowing that they are so close now.
We pray for your family daily.

Dear Gail and Eddie,
I haven’t ever accessed email from this site. I checked it tonight and noticed that Megan and Adam are safely in North Carolina. I’m sure it is a blessing to have them so near by. It is mighty different here without them!
I hope you received our card. If you read our blog about Christmas, I may do something different this coming year. I thought of sending it out on Thanksgiving. Maybe I could write a little typewritten note inside to let people know what’s happening in our lives. I’m so glad that God is patient with us and that He works daily in us! Thank you for your prayers! Do you have any specifics we can pray for ?
It was a joy to meet your family this weekend and I particularly enjoyed being able to talk with Mrs. Johnson. I appreciate your girls helping with the twins on Sunday. It was such a blessing to have helping hands who were joyfully helping feed and keep the boys entertained during the afternoon prayer time.
I look forward to more time of fellowship soon!
